A transfer only when it helps
- Only people on shift ring
- Outside someone’s hours their number is switched off for that call, so a phone never rings at 2 AM by mistake.
- By name or by keypad
- Callers can say who they want or press a key. Each key belongs to one person, so there’s no guessing.
- Numbers stay private
- The AI never reads out the cell numbers it transfers to. Callers only hear the person’s name.

Can I route calls to different cell phones?+
Yes. Each transfer destination is a name and any US phone number, including cell phones. You can add up to eight, for example a front desk, a manager and an after-hours line.
Can callers press a number, like “press 2 for sales”?+
Yes. Give any destination a key from 0 to 9 and the AI transfers as soon as the caller presses it. Callers can also just say the person’s name or role.
Can transfers change by time of day?+
Yes. Each destination rings any time, during your business hours, after hours, or on custom days and times. Outside that window the AI won’t transfer to it and offers to take a message instead.
What happens if nobody picks up?+
The AI apologises, takes the caller’s name, number and message, and sends it to you so you can call back.
Can I slow the voice down?+
Yes. A speaking-speed setting lets you slow your AI down (or speed it up), and it reads phone numbers back one digit at a time in small groups so callers can follow them.
