How to forward calls on Samsung Galaxy

Option 1 — Phone app → Supplementary services

Open the Phone app.
Tap the three-dot menu (top-right) → Settings.
Tap Supplementary services (or Calling accounts → your SIM → Call forwarding on newer Samsung One UI versions).
Tap Call forwarding → pick Voice call (vs Video call).
Choose a forwarding type: Always forward, Forward when busy, Forward when unanswered, or Forward when unreachable.
Tap Enable, enter the destination number, and confirm.

The forwarding-active icon appears in the status bar. If the Supplementary services or Call forwarding menu is greyed out or missing, your carrier doesn't expose it — use Option 2.

Option 2 — Dial your carrier's code

Open the Samsung Phone app dialer and dial your carrier's code:

Conditional vs unconditional
